Lead Consultant Developer
In four years of consulting, I helped with micro-service transformation and implementation of Continuous Delivery at a leading European marketplace for cars and a major global fashion retailer. I went from individual contributor and coach to technical leader of individual teams and lately a whole client account, responsible for the technical excellence and individual growth in diverse and safe teams.
For a brief period I returned to a company already in trouble until most of the development team left. I got to contribute to my first Clojure codebase and attend Fred George's excellent Object Bootcamp.

rip-off competitor. Over time, we built a solid development team, practicing TDD, pair programming and Kanban. I mostly lead the effort to make website responsive, untangle the Jquery spaghetti and improve the performance before moving to the backend where we decoupled the search service from the monolithic Rails application. I started my journey in functional programming too.
My first employment as a frontend developer. Mostly working on an interactive 2D Furniture Configurator using Coffeescript and D3.js at a small startup for bespoke furniture.
